Unicamp has just launched its official website. Enfuse, acronym for Entrepreneurship for Future and Sustainable Energy (Entrepreneurship for the Future and Sustainable Energy). The project is the result of a research, development and innovation (R&D&I) partnership between Unicamp and Petrobras, which seeks to reduce the distance between the laboratory bench and the oil, gas and energy market.
Available in Portuguese and English, the communication channel brings together news, events, opportunities, and materials that will be generated throughout the research. Enfuse seeks to develop replicable methodologies for the creation of deep techs in the energy, oil and gas sector. The forecast is to select 50 entrepreneurs and ventures for the incubation and acceleration program by the end of the year.
Professor Marcelo Souza de Castro, coordinator of the project and director of the Center for Energy and Petroleum Studies (CEPETRO) at Unicamp, explains that Enfuse seeks to analyze best practices to strengthen the national oil and gas and energy chain, and that communication is integrated into this process, with the website serving as a tool to coordinate the next stages of the program.
"Enfuse is committed to creating innovative and replicable methodologies for training." deep techs "That cater to industries ranging from oil and gas to new renewable sources. The launch of the website facilitates the connection between researchers, entrepreneurs, and the market, allowing the solutions developed in the project to reach the different target audiences of the research," says Castro.
The website was designed to strengthen Enfuse's digital presence within national and international innovation ecosystems. The platform's development was led by project researchers in the field of communication, specializing in science, technology, and innovation (ST&I), affiliated with the Innovation Agency. Innovates Unicamp.
Features and structure
User experience was the main guiding principle in developing the information architecture of the Enfuse website, prioritizing intuitive and clear navigation to facilitate access to and understanding of information by the visitor. Furthermore, the design, aligned with the program's visual identity, aims to stimulate user engagement and interaction on the page.
During the site's conceptualization, benchmarking and user experience (UX) analysis were conducted on innovation environment websites in Brazil and around the world. The mapped examples contributed to the development of the Enfuse platform.
The navigation map details the objectives, execution steps, governance criteria, and results already achieved, as well as bringing together opportunities for entrepreneurs and startups in the area. The page also features a multimedia collection of videos, photos, and records of research stages and events. The development team maintains a continuous improvement schedule, ensuring that the platform is updated as research progresses in the project.
